EBooks & Audiobooks
Digital Library of Illinois (DLIL) is powered by Overdrive and offers many popular ebooks, audiobooks and magazines for download to your e-reader or mobile device. Read magazines on the Libby app or in your web browser. Hundreds of new magazine titles have been added! Log on requires use of your SWAN PIN.
Comics Plus offers access to thousands of digital comics, manga, and picture books from a variety of publishers, authors and artists—all with no holds, no wait lists, and no limits. Comics Plus can be used via a web browser on a desktop, tablet or phone, or you can download the Comics Plus app at the App Store on your mobile device. Our subscription to Comics Plus offers three different collections based on age level. Log into Comics Plus by entering your Flossmoor Public Library card barcode.
Looking for access to more ebooks? Access BiblioBoard Library on the web or download the app and enjoy digital books, images, videos and more from libraries, artists, authors and others from your community and around the world! Biblioboard also offers access to Indie Illinois, independently published books by Illinois authors. You can even create an account to keep your own bookmarks, notes, comments, and offline bookshelf. Flossmoor Public Library cardholders can sign-up to start streaming films instantly via Kanopy. Flossmoor Library patrons can stream five films per library card per month (credits do not roll over). Each movie is available for 72 hours (3 days). In addition, cardholders can watch unlimited instructional videos from the Great Courses and Kanopy Kids! You will need to use your Flossmoor Library card number to register. When you create your account you will designate a password. Click image to access Kanopy.
