Our state-of-the-art Tech Centers provide easy access to the Internet with a valid library card. Cards with fines of $10 or more are invalid. You may not use someone else’s library card to access the computers. Written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required for all Internet users under 16 years old. Children ages 9 and up may use the Internet without a parent or responsible adult accompanying them if they have parental permission on file. Guest reservations are available to patrons living outside the SWAN library services area. Guest passes are issued solely at the discretion of the staff on duty at the Adult Services and Youth Services desks.
