Loving Frank by Nancy Horan

Fact and fiction blend in a historical novel that chronicles the relationship between seminal architect Frank Lloyd Wright and Mamah Cheney, from their meeting, when they were each married to another, to the clandestine affair that shocked Chicago society. a fictionalization of the life of Mamah Borthwick Cheney, who is best known as the woman who wrecked Frank Lloyd Wright's first marriage.  Their affair became the stuff of headlines when they left their families to live and travel together in Europe.  They eventually settled in Wisconsin where they were hounded by a scandal-hungry press, with tragic repercussions.
